Job Overview

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Hike Footwear will play a pivotal role in steering the company towards its strategic goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. The CEO will develop and implement business strategies, lead the senior management team, and foster an innovative culture. They will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, while representing the company’s interests in the marketplace.



Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction to the executive team, ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior managerial position, preferably within the footwear or retail industry.
  • Proven experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
