Job Overview

The Director of Data Center Operations at Lifepoint Health® is responsible for leading the strategic planning, design, and execution of data center operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of our infrastructure. Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of data centers, ensuring efficiency and continuity of services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in data center management or operations, including management roles.
• In-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, including physical equipment, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and compliance regulations pertinent to healthcare data.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
