Job Overview

The Manager, Social Media at CodePath will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive community growth. This position requires a creative thinker who can develop compelling content, analyze performance metrics, and leverage the latest social media trends to connect with our target demographic. The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure consistent messaging across platforms, while also fostering a vibrant online community that aligns with CodePath's mission.



Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance CodePath's online presence.
  • Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback, inquiries, and engagement, responding proactively to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to refine strategies and improve engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure alignment with CodePath’s goals and messaging.
  • Manage community engagement initiatives, including contests, webinars, and influencer partnerships.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media performance, presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • Proven track record of developing successful social media strategies that drive engagement and reach.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in crisis management and handling negative feedback in a professional manner.
