Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive partner marketing strategies to drive partner success and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and launch joint marketing campaigns and initiatives with partners.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and partner feedback to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Manage partner training programs to equip partners with the necessary tools and resources.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and partner engagement metrics.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales strategies and goals.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and Loop's internal teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing or related roles, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate strong partnerships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is highly desirable.
