Overview

The Co-Founder/CEO at Nest Hospitality will be instrumental in shaping the strategic vision and driving the operational excellence of the organization. This role entails leading the overall business development, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional hospitality services. The CEO will collaborate closely with other executives and staff to create a thriving environment that promotes growth and innovation within the hospitality sector, ultimately enhancing the guest experience and achieving financial sustainability.



Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s strategic plan to advance its mission and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of successful business development and strategic planning.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer service excellence and brand management.
