Job Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager at CyberRisk Alliance will be responsible for developing and executing cohesive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. This role involves overseeing various digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. The successful candidate will also analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing efforts in line with company objectives.



Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor and optimize PPC campaigns, focusing on conversion rates and ROI.
  • Oversee SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage existing clients.
  • Utilize social media platforms for brand promotion and customer engagement, develop content calendars, and schedule posts.
  • Analyze performance metrics across all digital channels and prepare regular reports to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, relevant content that attracts and engages target audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
