Overview
The Head of Amazon for North America & ANZ at Paula's Choice Skincare will play a pivotal role in leading strategic initiatives and driving sales growth across the Amazon marketplace. Job Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the Amazon business plan for North America and ANZ.

- Coordinate with marketing and merchandising teams to drive promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Manage Amazon advertising campaigns and track ROI through performance analytics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Amazon partners and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor budget performance and fiscal expenditure related to Amazon activities.
- Lead the team in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon strategy and management.
- Demonstrated experience in driving sales growth and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in using Amazon Seller Central and analysis tools.
