Overview

DivIHN Integration Inc. is seeking a diligent and highly skilled Personal Computer Support Technician to join our team in a remote capacity. The successful candidate will provide expert technical assistance and support to internal users for a variety of computer and software issues. This role requires a mix of problem-solving skills and technical know-how to facilitate a seamless computing experience for our employees, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally and efficiently.



Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via remote desktop support tools, email, or phone.
  • Document and track issues and their resolutions using the ticketing system.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on personal computers and related equipment.
  • Assist in updating and maintaining system documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Train users on basic computer and software usage as needed.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to improve systems and processes.


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, office productivity applications, and remote support tools.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Professional certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is a plus.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
