Overview
The Hallmark On Site Property Manager at Pan American Properties, Inc. will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of 75 residential units. This role entails maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and promoting a positive living environment through effective communication and leadership. The manager will also be accountable for financial performance by implementing budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This position is essential in fostering relationships with residents and following up on their needs to sustain a welcoming community atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the property is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests efficiently and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, ensuring adherence to financial goals.
- Facilitate lease renewals and rent collection, ensuring timely payments and addressing any issues.
- Enforce property rules and regulations while promoting a positive community culture.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure timely service delivery.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and maintain high occupancy rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of property management software and other technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing regulations.
- Ability to resolve conflicts effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
